Meubles très anciens et dans un mauvais état. Les lits sont anciens et pas du tout confortables, pas de lumière dans une des chambre a cause d'un manque d'électricité. Lors notre arrivé il n'y avait pas de gaz donc la cuisiniere a gaz et four ne fonctionnaient pas Les serviettes étaient dans un état catastrophiques, pas de draps, les ventilateurs ne marchent pas. Belle vue mais rapport qualité prix excessif. En plus l'hôte demande un remboursement à tord.

La vista del departamento es maravillosa, y lo mejor que tiene. Esta ubicado muy cerca de dos playas, pero no hay lugares cercanos para salir a caminar o comprar a un supermercado, lo minimo son 6/7 cuadras. Cuando llegas tenes que ir a buscar las llaves a otro lugar, me parece un horror. Tuvimos algunos inconvenientes del dia a dia y esperaba otra respuesta. Tudo muy limpio y en excelentes condiciones.

Stunning views and fantastic terrace. That’s where you spend your time.. the apartment itself is ok but a bit worn out. Also several beaches nearby - and awesome routes for jogging up the coast from the apartment.. Overall, considering great location in particular, good value for money. We would go there again for sure.

We had a great time at Monica’s place which occupies an unenviable position above the marina with views across to Alicante, her castle and the bay. It was great to unwind, chill out and relax by the sea. The apartment is comfortable and stylish. Parking was easy and we obtained a place without any difficulty. We used the tram network extensively. Monica’s representative, Roman, was extremely helpful and very responsive to any messages.

+ Good place, well oriented (sunny all day) + good and nice views over the entire environment (airport, alicante, bay, port, sea!) + nice television - we paid 740 for 6 nights, which would be ok, if it would be fully renovated, but in fact the renovations are not more then a few buckets of paint to mask old tiles and a brand new tv - behind this paint lots of old traces which unfortunately are really visible - the door of the fridge and entrance of the kitchen don't match - very thin windows which give lots op sound from outside and also cold on heavy winds - contact came out of the wall (dangerous with children) - Boiler in kitchen which smell ons using hot water For 200 euro less, I would not be complaining, but for what it's advertising, it is not correct and overpriced.
