My self and two friends stayed at Ty’s home on a fishing trip to the Detroit River and it was great for us, not a lot of extra room to park a 18’ boat but we made it work , the home was very clean with all the amenities we wished for.

Ty house was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Ty went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. Ty house is literally close to everything this place was perfect for our family vacation getaway. Ty also provided excellent tips on local eateries and attractions. Ty communication was seamless he checked on us during our trip his was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. He even left us a bottle of wine. Ty place is in a safe neighborhood. This was the perfect family-friendly spot. Ty thoughtfully provided games for our little ones, making the stay even more memorable. My favorite part was the beds and tv. I definitely recommend his place. Thanks Ty

Nice, clean rental close to the interstate. Neighbors were friendly, had no issues at all. Ty was a great host, very responsive and checked in to make sure we had everything we need. Overall, great stay!

We stayed at this house for a fishing trip on the Detroit river. Very convenient location and easy access to highway. The house was very clean and comfortable to stay in. The host is great at communicating and is very responsive. I would highly recommend staying here!
