Everything is good except it's quite noisy at late night - people talking and laughing loud on the street that I can hear when I already sleep.

Stayed here for my son's graduation. Was in a great location where we were able to walk to Argus for coffee, The Big House and other campus spots. Very nice 3 bedroom unit.

Very nice place to stay, the house has been renovated to a high standard, really comfortable with great kitchen and amenities. Close enough to walk to all of Ann Arbor, we walked to arboretum, kerrytown, museums, and the big house! The street has a lot of student houses, sometimes noisy depending on rhe night.

My family enjoyed staying at this house very much. It was spacious and comfortable with everything we needed. The decorating was very cool and the bedding was so soft I had to ask them where they bought their sheets! We would absolutely stay there again if we had a chance. Their restaurant, Venue, was also outstanding.
