A beautiful and well-stocked home right on the Trinity River. It is somewhat difficult to find but that's about all I could complain about. We enjoyed our stay very much!

For maximum fun bring chairs for sitting along the river, bring big “river” towels (the house towels are white), bring river tubes, kayak, etc. download shows and movies that you can screen mirror on tv. The wifi signal is solid for basic internet and works fine for phone connectivity. Beds are comfortable, bathroom showers are nice, kitchen is a chefs paradise with almost every appliance, gadget, and tool you can need. Fridge comes stocked with some condiments from past guests. Bluetooth connectivity to the sound bar is great, ping pong , chess, oversized connect 4, corn hole, big windows facing river. No river view in bdrms. Bedrooms have fans and the ac maintains a comfortable temperature in summer. Deck faces river and has a short gate to close off the deck for increased child safety. Neighbor is nice. Rooster calls are fun. Quiet bdrms. Comfy sofas. Good area to walk.

Peaceful and beautiful location. Great place to get away from city noise and the running stream of cool water, makes for pleasant sleeping.
