The apartment was great, walking distance to the Silos and downtown Waco, very spacious, and very clean and comfortable. The apartment has very clean amenities and linens. There is also a restaurant right downstairs. It was a great value for the stay. It should be noted that the train runs directly outside of the bedrooms. The first night it stopped, and the train crossing bell clanged for 20 minutes. The train also blasts its whistle as it goes through Waco. This happened at 11:30 the first night, and 3:30 the second. It’s just something to be aware of if you are a light sleeper or have small children.

Very secure building with a nice restaurant on the first floor. Walkable to many Waco sites of interest such as the Magnolia Silos and Spice Market. We had an easy time parking and getting around. The apartment had plenty of space and was well cared for. Lots of closet space and very comfortable beds! We had a very nice stay.

The condo was beautiful. We arrived on Wednesday and I texted Matthew a question Thursday morning, we left on Saturday and he had never responded. A couple suggestions: provide an iron and put a mirror in guest bedroom. The train was loud at night, but did not bother me. No complaints about the condo, other than my suggestions. Location to Silos and downtown was easy to walk or drive. We enjoyed our stay here and loved Waco!

Other than the lighting in the bedrooms and baths (only because of the high ceilings), there was nothing bad about this place. Everything was exactly as described and was just like the pictures. Matthew was a great host, and kept in touch the entire time. The silos and the suspension bridge were only a short walk away. Highly recommend this Airbnb!
