Looking forward to book again. I came with a group of college students and we enjoyed our time away from the city! Very comfortable house, we loved the pool table and games, very accessible to walk around. Park near by very close, town in a walkable distance and we got to hike to the Kaaterskill falls Highly recommended

Very solid stay for our large group! There was ample parking, and the amenities listed were available for use. Overall we would consider coming back, and suggest for others.

My family booked this location at the last minute due to our original Airbnb being canceled two days before our trip. The host was very responsive in confirming availability, moving forward with the booking right away and answering any questions I had. They were also very responsive with any questions/ needs that came up during the stay. The house was clean and tidy when we arrived and the instructions for checkin/arrival were clear and easy to follow. There are plenty of rooms/beds to accommodate a large group for the weekend. Two recommendations for large groups booking here: 1) as stated in the listing the kitchen has limited materials, so it is best to bring disposable plates/utensils/cups for a large group. 2) the beds all had sheets and a thin quilt/comforter. There were 2-3 extra blankets in the house, but for a large group it is advisable to bring extra blankets in the colder months.

Staying at this house while on a ski weekend at Hunter Mountain was very nice. House was in good condition clean not brand new, but well-maintained. Bathrooms were in very good condition and the proximity to Hunter mountain along with the beautiful outside fire pit. Made for a wonderful weekend stay here. We had a nice snowstorm when we were there for the weekend and the owner proactively reached out to us to make sure we had everything we need or if there’s anything he can do to help us really recommend staying here for your weekend at Hunter Mountain
