Ila’s home was a perfect “home away from home” for our two month stay while at Mayo. It had everything we needed. It was homey, tastefully decorated, with a fully stocked kitchen, bath, and laundry, and very comfortable beds and linens. After long days at Mayo, it was comforting to come back to a quiet home in a nice neighborhood with groceries and shopping nearby. Less than 10 minutes to any of the Mayo locations made our multiple daily trips easy. The back deck was sunny and warm on early spring days, and the attached garage was wonderful for the late snows and early rains. Ila was a great communicator and always responsive to any of our questions or needs. We will be back to Mayo regularly, and we will definitely return to Ila’s home!

this house was perfect for our family to stay at while we had a member in the hospital. It was quick travel to and from the hospital in a very nice neighborhood. the house had all of the accommodations you could of wanted with comfortable beds!

Very nice, comfortable and convenient location with attached garage in a peaceful neighborhood located with short distance to MAYO clinic, downtown Rochester and variety of restaurants.

Ila's house has one level living (except the washer and dryer are downstairs) and an attached garage, with only a couple of steps to enter the home. Grab bars and a walk in shower make this a great rental for anyone who has navigational issues.
