Hi! First, the pros - Eman was accommodating. He let me know that my temporary housemate would be noisy and offered to move me to a different property. He even offered to wash me a bowl because the housemate didn't leave any clean bowls behind. - It's a great location! I went for a concert at Tacoma Dome and it was a 10 min car ride away. Also equally close to Tacoma AMTRAK. Cons - The house was a mess. The kitchen was crumby, poorly supplied, and like I mentioned earlier, was left in disarray and I couldn't find a single bowl to eat off of. - Communication with Eman was difficult. It might've been a language barrier, but without any check-in information on his listing it was hard to figure out how to check-in. He showed up 20 minutes late and then had me wait longer so he could clean up the previous person's mess. I'm also a <20 y/o Chinese woman and he made comments about liking Japanese women and if I was returning to Japan after my stay. It didn't feel unsafe, just uncomfortable.

Amazing place accommodating hosts delighted to be a guest here. It feels like home going through a hardship currently and these hosts were incredibly understanding and welcomed me into a nice relaxed stay Thank You

He was very helpful in response of and helped me park my car in a secure area so that it would not give me any problems. The place was spot.

The house is next to a ton of restaurants, not to far off a drive from anything you’d want to do

The exterior is in dire need of landscape maintenance. Leaves and dirt easily tracked inside. Dishes in kitchen sink for days. Interior of fridge very dirty. Floormats in kitchen curling at edges, creating a trip hazard. Light fixtures throughout broken or needing bulbs. Door knobs loose and latches unreliable. Shared bathroom trash full/overflowing, tub mat extremely dirty, noticeable mildew & discoloration. Parking instructions unclear, parking areas overgrown and muddy in places. Parking area: stored garbage overflowing in utility trailer, building materials stored around perimeter.
