Beautiful cottage and bunkie that looks recently renovated. Cozy place, but would comfortably welcome 4 people. Great outdoor space. Wonderful view. This cottage is meant to enjoy the outdoors. The water is really nice, clear and barely any weeds near the dock. You can jump from the dock. There's a clear area (sanded) where you can access the river if you prefer to walk into the water instead. The fire pit is big and close to the water. At night, if you're lucky enough, you can see the stars. Lots of areas to hang out. Lots of chairs available. Note that most of your cooking will need to happen outside as it doesn't have a stove. (there is a hot plate available). We only used the bed in the bunkie and it was comfortable. The hot tub is a nice bonus and was clean upon arrival. Patricia is friendly and communicates well and offered flexible check-in/out. There is a boat launch in town, which is about 5 min drive. It's easy to get to it.

The cottage and setting were charming and beautiful. Having lake access to a serene little inlet was amazing. We had a great time in the paddle boat and canoe and it was fun to rough it a bit with the outhouses and outdoor shower. A few things though, - there was a bit of miscommunication and then no communication from Patricia for at least 45 mins upon our arrival. We were waiting outside that whole time not knowing she had unlocked the door for us. The door really needed a good pull. We thought it was locked. I spoke to Patricia about this and I do understand that life got in the way. It's just unfortunate. There should always be someone who can respond if people are having trouble checking in. - The hot tub was not clean and we didn't use it for this reason. We chose this place because there was a hot tub so that was a bit disappointing. Everything else was spotless.

Stayed here for three nights with my 2 kids- it’s was absolutely perfect and everything we needed. Hope to stay again in the future

This lodge was heaven , 10/10 would recommend. Stayed here with my 3 children under 6 and it was everything we hoped for and more ☺️
