This is an incredible place to stay. The location is wonderful. You could walk to the beach, but we always chose to drive. We had 3 kids with us and it was just easier. Walking to the pool house was done several times. We went to the pool and hot tub every day. The condo itself is super clean and fully stocked with anything you will want or need. It is updated and beautiful. The bunk bed room is in the basement - which we didn't realize when we booked (our fault) - but our kids didn't mind being 2 floors away. We wanted for nothing, had a wonderful time and didn't feel bad about paying too much! The communication was excellent although very little because we didn't need anything! The people in the neighborhood are also very kind and welcoming. about 30% live there full time and the ones we spoke to said they didn't mind the renters because there has never been any problems. Very quiet!! Great place to stay!

This condo was beautiful! Very clean and the location was great! It was a 2 minute drive to the beach area or a 1/2 mile walk! All the amenities were great and the condo was well stocked with everything you need in a kitchen and all of the paper products! Manistee is a great little downtown area and there were lots of hiking trails in the area. We loved our stay in the condo and the Manistee area!
