My wife and I just spent 5 nights at Amanda's place - absolutely perfect. Great upstairs apartment - quiet, clean, nicely furnished, well-appointed apartment. Down the stairs and out the door, you have a private furnished patio to have your morning coffee and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. It's in a great location - nice neighborhood with easy access to town, the beaches on the south side or really anywhere on the island. Amanda was great and gave us a nice overview at the start. I'd definitely recommend and will stay there when we return to Nantucket.

We cannot say enough wonderful things about Amanda as a host and her incredible apartment on Nantucket. We had originally booked a different Airbnb with a different host and the rental fell through last minute. We couldn't believe how lucky we were to find Amanda's gem of an apartment at the 11th hour - Amanda was so helpful in getting our booking arranged last minute and super flexible on check-in timing, etc. She's also just a lovely human being - one night, she offered us a freshly caught tuna steak to grill! The apartment itself is perfection - by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. It's quiet, cozy, well-stocked and impeccably clean. The location is excellent - Amanda's property is in an adorable little neighborhood near the center of the island, about a 10-minute bike ride to town and a 15-20-minute bike ride to Cisco Brewery or Lady's Beach. Would highly recommend staying with Amanda - we will absolutely look to rent with her again next time we plan a trip to Nantucket!

Amanda’s place is an absolutely perfect spot out on the island. It’s pristine and she’s furbished it with everything you could possibly need. She’s super responsive and helpful. The location is great. I can’t say enough good things about her wonderful studio!

This is a very nice studio and is located in a very quiet area of the island. It’s a little over a mile to the downtown and ferries, so an easy and pleasant walk. There is plenty of parking and the owner is very nice.
