Suite has lofted bedroom, new renovations, new furniture & bedding. Located 10 minutes to beaches & URI. 5 minutes to downtown Wakefield. Bike Path around the corner. 1 full bath, kitchenette fully stocked with dishes and amenities. Great room very spacious, equipped with 50" TV, couch, and fast Wifi. Dining area with access to back deck / patio with outdoor shower and grill. Infrared Sauna provided. On-site parking. Yard has beautiful gardens and outdoor furniture. Beach parking pass included! Suite has a lofted bedroom area and large first floor great room, full bath and dining nook with access to deck / patio, outdoor shower and grill. Infrared Sauna onsite for guest use. There is No Smoking on the premises!

Thank you so much the thoughtful, detailed check-in procedures which made getting settled in so easy. The suite made for a perfect place for us to stay as we helped our daughter move in to URI and explore the surrounding area. The day following her move in, we loved being able to get up early and visit the beach using the pass provided. Sitting on the beach was just what I needed!

We are within 10 minutes of URI as well as 5 area beaches in Narragansett and South Kingstown. Our neighborhood is 5 minutes from downtown Wakefield with many restaurants, shops and activities. There is also access to the 8 mile William C.O’Neill bike path within minutes which gives beautiful views of the South County area.
