Andrew was a good communicator and on top of things. He was always cleaning common areas and working on maintaining the house or improving the condition of the place. Having free laundry on site was very convenient, and a pretty rare occurrence for an AirBnB. If I needed a secure place to stay in the area again, Andrew’s place is a safe bet.

Andrew was such a nice host! He was very easy to communicate with, and the stay was as advertised! The bed was very comfortable and the tv streaming worked well. Also, it was very easy to walk to public transportation and the neighborhood felt very safe. Great value for the cost!

Excellent location. Easy to find. Superrr close to St. John's University, so it felt safe. Quiet environment. Indoor & outdoor CCTV. Easy check-in. Huge washing machine & dryer that was perfect. Walking distance to several stores (beauty, TJMaxx, clinics, a Chinese grocery store that has everythinnnggg & is affordable), coffee shops & restaurants. Less than 6 minutes walk to the bus stations. Parking area available. Dr. Andrew was responsive to every request (within 5 minutes), gave good life advice. Definitely went out of his way to help me with my move and do all of the heavy lifting. SO GRATEFUL for that! Room itself was clean with a great work space. Decently sized. Came with a mini fridge, bed side lamps, hangers, private TV & subscriptions to entertainment.e.g. Netflix. Kitchen equipped with bigger fridge, stove, oven, microwave, pots, plates, coffee pot, cutleries. Only downside for me was the bathroom. It was shared with 3 other guests & could have been better maintained.
