The house is made for hassle free, healthy living and was recently renovated with that in mind. The kitchen is stocked with good quality cookware and appliances. All rooms on the ground floor: dining room, kitchen, living room--are open and flowing. Huge windows give amazing jungle views, but there are also dark roller shades in case you want more privacy. SERVICES: --This is the only rental in the area with an advanced whole-house power back-up system that guests can opt into to keep the lights and internet on even in a power outage. (*Separate fuel charge--ask for details) --Not only does the house have the best WiFi in the area--we actually have 2 different internet service providers, so that if one has an issue there is a back up: an independent satellite internet network. --There is a security camera at the entrance as well as an alarm system. --Local house manager to help with things that come up. --The house has a laundry room with a washer and dryer. --House cleaners come 3 times a per week. --Great quality cook ware and appliances.
