Pleasantly surprised. Last minute memorial trip for my daughters birthday and wasn’t expecting much for the low rate we paid. It was a great remote location. It’s clear they’re still working on things, but the stuff that they are doing, is great. Looking forward to returning. If you’re looking for a safe, clean and affordable get away to disconnect, I would definitely recommend!

Came here after having a horrible experience at the super eight in Zanesville and it was my first time doing an Airbnb. Very polite host! Very welcoming and such a beautiful cozy private place! This is my first time at a cabin, and it was so cute in the middle of the country. My son was able to get on his PlayStation, which seem to be all he cared about. And we were able to bring our kitten with us. If I ever make it back to Ohio I would definitely stay here again.

This place was great!! If you are looking to get out into nature this is the place. If you have kids it’s a fun spot. There’s a play ground and game room near the community bathroom. The game room is pretty cool. It has an old school arcade game with a ton of games. Just an Excellent place to chill, build a fire and listen to the frogs and crickets.

Carls cabins are cozy and the location is perfect. We felt quite at home and at peace. Carl was great and communicated well. Will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.

Can't wait to find a reason to drive through Ohio again, just to stay here again, and hopefully longer than just a night. I love what Carl is doing with the homestead and property, gives me inspiration that one day, I can do the same.
