Alexandre was an incredible host - very attentive and helpful. He truly wants guests to be happy. The location was beyond perfect, right in the hotel zone but quieter with lovely mellow beach spot great for kids. It’s a one minute walk to the ferry to Isla de las Mujeres, which is also a must see when you are in Cancun. The house is well appointed and comfortable. We easily fit 5 people. The staff at the condo complex are the loveliest people. Couldn’t have had a better vacation. We will definitely return. Thank you Alexandre!

very cute place- exactly as pictures describe- own private beach and pool and right in zona hotelera! the only cons there were little ants (even though we put all food in fridge) and wifi a little sketchy at times but this is the same in all cancun area. Host was very helpful and definitely recommend and would stay there again!

Great place! Beach was NOT crowded (1st week of April 2024). I read some reviews about roaches and ants….this is a tropical environment. We were armed with sprays, bait, etc. But didn’t really need any of it. Keep the place clean with no exposed food or dirty dishes and you will be good. We would stay here again!

We had a nice stay for my birthday! We had 4 adults, and we loved the location! There’s a taxi stand right down the street, and a bus stop so getting around was super easy. The view from the porch was beautiful, and the beach was nice too! It is also right next to the ferry station and multiple restaurants so we liked that too. The host had someone there to check us in, and get us all set up, they were very responsive with any problems and we also felt safe with the guard at the front. Overall a nice stay, our only problems were dealing with a few bugs and some toilet issues.

Condo was just as beautiful as the photos & description. The rooms were spacious, the beds & sofas were comfortable and the view was amazing. Alex and staff were always ready to help and answered inquiries 7 days of the week. We had some minor issues with things like light bulbs and switches, but Alex took care of all our concerns immediately. The amenities of the apartment were plentiful and the kitchen was well-equipped for our 2 week stay. Although the kitchen was small, there was a washer inside it and this was very helpful for our family of 5. Internet was good for us to do normal things like watching videos, live streaming and homework for my kids. It was even able to pick up a decent reception while we were at the beach! During our time the staff was super friendly and helpful and there were many locals/long stays that assisted us with things to do & the beach/pool never felt crowded. Remember, this is not a 5 star resort, but you get 5 star service & views. Highly recommend it!
