Great place! Great community and plenty to do within walking distance. Free art galleries and museums on almost every street. I also found vegan options!

This place was such a mixed bag. It was absolutely not a ski-in or ski-out location. We walked around the building completely - no access to the slopes. We asked other condominium owners and they laughed that this condo was listed as a ski in/ski out as it did not provide access. No response from host on this. Worse, getting back to the condo meant walking up a hill with all our gear. We ended up renting ski lockers near the gondola. The closets are a nightmare especially if you have lots of clothes. The entry closet is full of junk. The first bedroom (with a broken bed in it listed in a review in Jan.) closet is completely blocked by a mattress and unusable and the second bedroom closet is partially full. There are almost no dressers, just night stands, so we had to live out of our suitcases. The dishwasher is broken (still) and doesn't clean AT ALL so everything hand washed. Good things: close location to town, very comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, good hot tub.

The good: couldn't be a better location, at the foot of the slopes, about a block from the gondola, a two-minute walk to the downtown, all in a quiet place on a quiet street. Comfortable beds. Great tub for anyone who likes baths. Comfortable communal living room. The less good: the closets, and especially the coat closet, have a lot of stuff in them. The sliding mirrored doors on the closets are so inconvenient we wound up just removing one of them until we left. Other: appliances are serviceable but nothing high-end. Drip brewer but no coffee grinder. Other than salt and pepper, no food at all--bereft of sugar, coffee, condiments. The laundry is a shared facility in the building with two washers and two driers. Overall, a good stay, but with a little more attention, might be made a bit more comfortable.

The condo was in a perfect location and the host was super responsive. We had a great weekend in Aspen.
