The vacation home was excessively dirty, with an abundance of dust throughout. Upon entering, we immediately noticed a thick layer of dust covering the floor. Even the TV screen was not spared and was also covered in dust. Contrary to the appearance depicted in the photos, the house was not clean or tidy. The condition of the fridge was particularly disappointing as it was also very dirty. Overall, the level of cleanliness was unacceptable, especially considering we had a two-year-old child with us. In desperation, we began searching for nearby vacation homes and fortunately found a satisfactory one before three o'clock. With no other option, our group of 9 people quickly packed our belongings and left for the new location. This transition was quite troublesome as we had to carry various luggage, food, and utensils. The most frustrating part was the wasted time, as we ended up spending half a day transitioning to the new location.

We booked this place at short notice. We were a large party and Jefril was very accommodating from the moment we made contact. From the moment we arrived the staff were welcoming and responsive to our requests. The bar was a great addition and the menu offered good food at very reasonable prices if cooking was not on your agenda. Boats were on hand to take you across water, plus a jet ski, diving and kayaking (needed maintenance) all available - again at reasonable prices - if you wanted to be more adventurous. The house overall was good although the photos were a little dated, but as long as you weren’t planning on spending most of your time in the house, it shouldn’t really bother you.

Overall, the place is not very ideal if you are expecting very clean one. The owner could do some updating in the amenities and also repainting. Since it was raining , there were leaks near the back door ceiling and also drain of CR is clogged. whats good is that all rooms have working ACU and water is ok. There are nearby stores and also the place has kitchen utensils and also stove and ref.

We had a great stay! The place feels homey. All the staffs are friendly and accommodating. We we're a bit shy nung una kse we had our own food and some of us tried the food in the seahouse and it was great! So if you feel like just going to relax then this is a perfect place because they have everything. There are activities you can try too and the price were indicated so we're well guided. There is just one disappointing thing, because it was indicated na may karaoke so we expected especially may cost, we are willing to pay nman kaso pag dating nmin dun wala pala. May live solo singer dun that will allow you to sing pero it would be best if ahead mainform ang guest. Overall, it was worth the price and water was so clear :)
