Enjoy the peaceful setting with Country Charm on our 20 acre farmette. Get away from the hustle and bustle of the cities while being centrally located within an hour of 8 state parks and 18 golf courses, 4 of them less than 30 minutes away and 15 less than 45 minutes away! Enjoy the entire Lower Level of this country home, with two bedrooms. A king size bed in one room and a queen and bunk bed in the other room. This space boasts a kitchenette with everything you need to make meals, as well as a washer and drier in the utility room. Cook outdoors on a propane grill while staying dry under the covered patio overlooking our gardens & chickens. We are located about 1.5 hrs from Nashville and Chattanooga and 1hr 45min from knoxville, centered between Sparta, Crossville & Cookeville each 20+ min. outside, also enjoy cooking marshmallows over the fire or axsoak in the hot tub. We are sorry, but NO PETS ALLOWED. We do this in respect for future guests who may be highly sensative animal dander, as even the best cleaning can still leave residual. No visitors without prior permission!! Smoking and vaping are allowed ONLY OUTSIDE. Please keep the area free from cigarette trash. There is no access to Out Buildings without permission.

It was the perfect getaway! It was so beautiful and peaceful! Hosts made sure we had absolutely everything we could have needed, including a crockpot! If we are ever in the area again this will be our first choice!
My husband and I had a lovely couple of days here! The place was clean and peaceful and the hot tub was very relaxing. The kitchen was well-stocked and we were able to cook all our meals here. The only down side was the strong air freshener that was plugged in when we arrived. It didn’t bother my husband at all, but I am very sensitive to fragrance and it gave me a headache for the first day. So keep this in mind if you are sensitive to fragrances. All-in-all a lovely stay!
This is among the best places we have stayed . It was beautiful , peaceful and very clean . They thought of everything anyone would need and were very friendly and hulpful.I would definitely recommend it !!!! Thank you so much for sharing your home with us .
Ray was great on communicating the entire time. She let us know bad weather was coming in and I really appreciated her thoughtfulness to let us know. They met us at check-in and showed us everything we might need. The space was immaculate and well kept. The kitchen had everything we needed as well. The jacuzzi was well maintained and a much appreciated amenity. Try sone of their eggs as well! Greatful for the opportunity to stay at this location! Highly recommend and I will definitely stay here again if I come back in town! Thank you to you and your family for having us! 😊
We had a WONDERFUL time at Ray and Toktak’s place! We needed a quiet place to stay due to construction going on at our house. The apartment was extremely clean, quiet and exactly what we were looking for! The bed slept like a dream (my body is very creaky and needs comfort!). We loved overlooking the acreage, plus, the bonus of watching the wild turkeys from the patio with morning coffee. Cute little miss kitty greeted us every day, and after a tiny bit of cream and some loving she was happily on her way for the day. Overall, this was a much needed peaceful rest for us! Oh, and the hot tub was even more relaxing! The complementary fresh eggs were delish!

We have several other friendly neighbors around us. Please be mindful & do not trespass onto other properties without speaking with the owners first. At the end of the paved portion of Zizka Drive, the road turns into stone. This is a continuation of Zizka Dr & you are more than welcome to hike further.
There is no local transportation nor are we able to provide transportation.
