We had a really great time at Selena's place! It's very well situated, it's even got a pool on the 6th floor and a fitness room. We loved also that Selena's flat is just in a building where you can find shops (a commercial center) and a metro station! That's really very convenient! Selena is an absolute wonderful person and it was a pleasure to meet her. Even before our arrival, Selena had always been so helpful with all of my questions!

Selena was very welcoming and did the tour of the building with us. Like all the other comments says, its true, she was very discrete and welcoming. However, I found it strange that there is no comments about the apartment itself. This place was so dirty that we had to buy a sets of sheets to sleep in the bed and make sure its somewhat clean. A layer of dust on all surfaces, dirty stains on the doors and wall of the small bedroom. Most of the picture on the listing are coming from IKEA website. It is the same rug in the doorway but the hall is no larger than the rug itself and all the wall paint is not finished and there is stains everywhere. The kitchen picture is not the same at all! not the same cabinets. The fridge had dirty stains on the handle and inside it was ugly! The smell when we arrive at the room was awful and everyday it was different depending what was cooked. Bathroom was disgusting with pubic hair on toilet, stains, dust, mold. Pics sent for a claim.

Selena was very communicative and responsive. She was flexible with our check-in and provided a great guide of Montreal. The place was quiet and comfortable. Thank you!

Explications très claires sur la localisation du logement et Selena nous a bien indiqué toutes les particularités liées - à l'accès à la piscine et aux équipements de sports - au partage du logement en commun. Bien situé dans Montréal, le logement est cependant exigu, et nécessiterait peut-être un peu plus de soins. Bon rapport qualité/prix.

Another great stay in Montréal, thanks to superb host Selena. Great value and location for those hoping to maximize their visit! I will be back!
