This place is amazing for the whole family! The kids absolutely loved the house and the low-tide mudflat.

It was a fantastic experience staying at this property for both our family and friends. In fact, the interior space exceeded what was shown in the pictures. The hosts were friendly and accommodating, granting us additional time for both check-in and check-out. As a gesture of appreciation, we took it upon ourselves to thoroughly clean the house, displaying our respect in return. However, there are a few areas that could be improved. Consider implementing a physical fence or clear markers to delineate the property lines. On one occasion, the kids unintentionally entered the neighbor's gravel area and received some unwanted attention. While we had no intention of trespassing onto the neighbor's yard, the signage in the rear yard was barely noticeable. Additionally, it would be highly appreciated if a hair dryer could be provided. I'd also recommend future visitors to bring their own shampoo, as I discovered two soaps but no shampoo in the bathroom. LOL Overall, highly recommended.

Absolutely loved the stay! The sound is so pretty and easily accessible. So much wildlife. The house is perfect for a family.

“We fell in love with this place. It has a beautiful ocean front view. Great location for paddle boarding and kayaking. The house has beautiful decorations and the owner uses good quality furniture and household items, like memory foam mattresses etc… We felt like we were at home, “ The owner was very nice ! We stayed at this place for memorial day weekend, and had a wonderful time. The place has a private beach and a very nice outdoor area, we enjoyed a campfire by the water. We had a couple questions during the stay, we got the answer from the host very quickly. Our group has four adults and one kid, and the space was more than enough for us. I worked in the restautant for more than 10 years. Everytime I stay in a airbnb, i need something the host dones't have. This place has every cookware I needed, and I can feel the host has passion about cooking from the quality cookware they equipped. We are very grateful to be able to stay here.
