I had the privilege of meeting John one of the days I was there. He's quite easy to talk to, and that says a lot as I'm a bit of an introvert lol. In the middle of moving from FL and had a couple requests that John was more than happy to assist with. He truly went above and beyond as a host. If you're in the Ogden area, do yourself a favor and book your stay at 'Close & Cozy Down'. My favorites: • The fact that it's a luxurious basement unit • The automatic recliners perfectly positioned in front of the big flat screen w/ a sound system • The bed & bedroom were comfortable. In fact, I slept better there than I have all year. • John - Easy-going, quite knowledgeable about Ogden and the surrounding neighborhoods, thoughtful consideration toward a couple requests I had. If there were a popularity ranking system built into Airbnb, I'd be surprised if he didn't make the top 10 list. John, thank you again for everything, sir! May God Bless you & your family 🙏🏻

Staying there was wonderful. Very peaceful. John was very attentive kind and friendly. Had some few chats here and there it felt very welcoming!! favorite place was the living room! with the surround sound watching movies on my free time was the best!! I will miss John dearly, thankyou so much for everything. I rate it 10/10 for sure!! bye John!!! I wish you nothing but the best in all your endeavors.
