The houses are purpose built and in a lovely location. Access to the property was easy via a lock box. Unfortunately the house was not clean, it was very dusty, kitchen floor dirty, cobwebs and dirty windows, oven not been cleaned and trays with fat in, en-suite disgusting. We contacted the manager and the floor and the oven cleaned, but nothing else. No frying pan available and had to try and cook sausage and bacon in a saucepan until the next day when a frying pan arrived. The heating is put on by the manager using an app, in the morning and again in the evening. We visited 4-11 March with the weather very cold and having snow. I called and texted the manager asking for the heating to be switched on earlier so we could return to a warm house, but found it freezing cold. On several occasions, I messaged asking for the heating to remain on after 9pm as we were cold sitting in the open plan lounge. Overall, not impressed for the money paid.
