I don’t know where to start. Place is terrible. Looks like no one have cleaned for years floors was not mapped food everywhere on floor and table in kitchen ,garbage cans were full to the top . Dirty dishes everywhere. Since you enter the door you feel the smell of cigarettes and cigarettes leftovers were everywhere on steps . Toilet was dirty and no supplies shampoo soup were there . Worse experience ever . How can someone promote and publish this kind of place . This should be banned by Airbnb for booking it’s that terrible. Don’t even bother to book it .

Rosana's place was exactly what we were looking for our very short stay. Short walk to Pier Village with restaurants, boardwalk and beach. Very convenient to beach and train station. The shared space is in a quite area with a parking spot in the back of building. Other guests were respectful of noise. Rosana was great to communicate with and very responsive. Great stay overall.

I had a family emergency and needed a place for my daughter and her newborn to stay. I am from the area and live close to the location of Rosanas listing. Rosana really was kind and helpful through the whole communication process. She made it extremely easy in a stressful time. I appreciate Rosana nice gesture of upgrading so that my daughter and baby could be more comfortable. I will definitely recommend and use her for future stays. Property is about 2 blocks from the beach. Comfortable and clean.

Rosana is a great host! She genuinely cares about her guests and makes herself available to answer questions and help with the move-in process.
