Room was clean . Shower good. Plenty of tea,coffee . It was handy to have a fridge in the room. Very close to the seafront and shops. Parking was easy right outside and Anna gave me free parking permits for my stay.

Our stay at Anna's house was pleasant, I can recommend it. The room was clean and situated near the sea in center of the town.

Dear Anna, it was so nice to come again to your cosy house. Thank you so much for a wonderful staying. Upon arrival, compliments such as fruits, tea, coffee, water, cookies were waiting for us. Everything was very clean and tidy. The room has its own toilet and shower. This year there was also a kitchen with everything you need. Very friendly host and it was so easy and pleasant to communicate.

Great location in the centre of town, one of the more reasonably-priced places you’ll be able to find in Eastbourne. Literally just off the road with lots of handy supermarkets, less than 5 minutes walk from the beach and less than 5 minutes walk from the centre where all cafes and restaurants are. It’s not as fancy as a hotel (but if you want to stay in a hotel, expect it to be at least 1.5-2x as much), but it’s very cute and clean and the bed was so comfy and the place had everything I needed (bed, desk, chairs next to the bay window). It’s a private en-suite bedroom in a big terrace house, so you have a key to the front door and then a key to your room. Really good attention to detail with handy things like a fridge in the room and drawers with cutlery and bowls and wipes etc. Anna was so helpful and quick to respond. Checking in and out was easy and Anna was so flexible about the check-in time which was handy given we had over a 3 hour drive on a Friday evening! Definitely will stay again and recommend to friends! x
