Very nice place, and great location. All in the house is new and it is super clean. We did not have any noise issue, you may hear the train from distance but it is not really noticeable. You really have all you need, and you are close to a grocery store and have a good access to bus and trains. Apartment A is two story, one on the ground floor and one underground. So prepare for a few steps. There are a few minor things to note: 1. The check in is through a digital key. Make sure you have data/internet on your phones otherwise you will not be able to check in. This is especially important for those coming from another country and do not necessarily have a sim card with data/internet set up on their day of arrival. 2. Please note that this booking has an additional portal other than airbnb for comminucation, support and check in/out and they require further documentation like the scan of your passports before checking in. No big deal but good to no before you book. 3. Just one minor inaccurancy on this listing. The hair dryer was not available. Though, the costumer service was very helpful and they brought one for us. 4. Few minor plumbing issues: leaking sink, and clogged bath tub drain. Nothing super annoying. I communicated the issue with them and hopefully they will be taken cared of for the next guests. Overall, I recommend this place for a nice stay and I would like to come back. Great location, great features including dishwasher and clothes washer. Very happy with our stay, but fans in house or AC would help for warmer weather.
