Great host and place was just like the pictures. Clean and well kept. Stayed there with my family and had a wonderful time. Host was very friendly and responsive. Made sure we had no issues checking in or during our stay. Walked to Kew Station and went into London on the Tube.

Fabulous host! Extremely quick to respond with helpful advice beforehand. Bedrooms comfy, well kitted out kitchen. The coffee machine was delightful. Snacks and breakfast bits provided were much appreciated. Fab location to get into Richmond/Twickenham for our group

The place was absolutely amazing. I stayed with my family for one whole month and we didnt feel like leaving the place. Beautiful surroundings, easy access to Trains and few minutes walk to Kew retail park for all our shopping needs. We loved it. The flat was clean, beautiful and had all what we wanted. Most importantly the host Vi was so friendly, proactive and went out of the way to help us whenever needed. She is indeed a super host. Thank you very much and we will never forget the wonderful experience at your place. Fully worth the amount paid.

Our stay at this Richmond apartment was absolutely delightful. The place is stunning - both spacious and inviting, with a warmth that makes you feel right at home. Its location is ideal, being close to various amenities and only a brisk 8-10 minute walk to the tube station, making exploring London a breeze. The level of hospitality provided by our host was top-notch. They were incredibly kind and responsive, attending to our needs and ensuring our stay was comfortable. While we could hear airplanes landing nearby, it was a minor backdrop to an otherwise serene setting and didn't disturb our enjoyment. In fact, the lively vibe of London added to our experience. What truly sets this place apart is its strong sense of community. It’s not just an apartment; it feels like a part of the neighborhood. For anyone looking to experience London with a homely touch, this is the perfect spot. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!
