It's a beautiful place and you can tell that real care has been taken to make each visit succesful. Second time we have stayed there and again really appreciated the small details - bathrobes, nice bath stuff, instructions for everything in the kitchen, fresh eggs from the chickens, lovely croissant provided for the first breakfast. And this time, Alexa could play Radio 4! Which is something we had suggested after our first visit. Was very appreciative of offer of extra heating as the weather had taken a weird turn (again!) but actually the place is so cosy it was not needed. If ever need to be in this area again would definitely rebook.

We had two nights at The Cow Shed and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hosts have created a really comfortable space and equipped it really well for the perfect stay. The views were amazing and we loved feeding the swans each day. Highly recommended.

Such a lovely Airbnb in a beautiful setting. The accommodation was very clean, very comfortable and really well equipped - they really have thought of everything. It’s often the little touches which make the difference and the generous ‘welcome pack’ and extras like bathrobes & slippers were unexpected extras and gratefully received. We definitely want to come and stay again.

Beautiful little house, amazing sunsets from the bedroom window! If you are looking for peace and tranquility, Cowshed is for you. Lovely surroundings, very peaceful and quiet. The house is decorated beautifully with lots of special attention to details, very quirky and stylish too. The host was incredibly helpful and approachable. Thank you, we jad a wonderful time.

We had a lovely stay at the Cow Shed - lovely guest suite with some great extra touches & lots of helpful info and recommendations for the local area. Gorgeous spot to sit outdoors or indoors to watch the wildlife on the stream & beyond. Super helpful and responsive host.
