You can never do wrong with the Landmark. Some of the best snorkeling and sunsets in the island. The amenities are top notch. I limited hot water with a tankless heater. A nice bathtub to warm up after snorkeling. Great parking spaces if you rent a car. This unit did not supply water so thats something you will want to plan. You’ll want to move here after staying.

Beautiful high-end apartment with beautiful views from every room. The unit has everything you need including ice maker in freezer (something we didn't know before going). The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, utensils, plates, glasses, pots & pans that you should need. The balcony is very comfortable & where we spent most of our time as the view is fantastic watching the boats, snorkelers, ocean, sky and listening to music from Money Bar across the street on Thurs-Sun. The unit is well insulated from the music (if too much) & heat (didn't use AC half the time). Beds were very comfortable, plenty of storage & hangers, the TV in each room had a good selection of channels with several non-spanish & music stations. The pool, hot tub and patio area is all very nice & sometimes have it all to yourself. Have been to Cozumel many times & this place is by far the best!

The Landmark is a great location, with great snorkeling across the street. We sat on the balcony in the evenings and listened to the live music at the Money Bar on Fri-Sun nights. The condo was very clean and spacious.

We had an excellent stay in Cozumel thanks to Elizabeth! We needed an extra key for the condo and she provided one within minutes! Also, after we left we learned that my wife had left her shoes in the room and another group was coming in to rent the same day. Elizabeth was able to communicate to the cleaning team that some shoes were left in the room, and we were able to come and pick them up from the security booth. Everything was beautiful, air conditioning worked excellent and kept the rooms nice and cool. We will definitely be back!
