Our stay at this Airbnb in Cozumel exceeded expectations in many ways. The beautiful house offered stunning views that left us in awe throughout our stay. While the property wasn't particularly kid-friendly, we managed. We thoroughly enjoyed the serene atmosphere it provided. Overall, it was a fantastic retreat, and we would gladly return for another peaceful getaway.

Highly recommend! Home is perfectly located — walk to grocery/restaurants/town but still quiet/peaceful. House is large with breath-taking panoramic views and nice furnishings/comfy beds. But the real winner is the pool/ocean access (we saw sea turtles, rays, eels and lots of colorful fish). The kids never wanted to leave the house. We swam in the ocean every day for a week. Super safe. Also noteworthy: essentially concierge service — ability to have all groceries purchased/delivered before arrival, all meals prepared by chef, daily cleaning services, excursion recommendations, taxis/drivers recommendations for tours around island. This made our trip easy/relaxing/fun. Everyone loved the property and service! Note: two incredible master suites with stellar views; two rooms (twins beds) that don’t face the ocean but have small ocean-facing balconies; tiny room, loft bed, views, no bathroom; separate “apartment,” not ocean-facing, loft bed and fold-out. Worked great for our family!

The house, the pool and the ocean access were great. We loved the location and walked to town several times. Carolina was very accessible. The water was out one morning and with an e-mail to her it was fixed quickly. The family enjoyed the private chef she recommended and tried many different Mexican dishes. The internet worked well. Only heads up…be ready for all the steps. Our generational family vacation was fabulous and the house and accompanying apartment worked out very well. Thanks Carolina

Our family of 10 just spent a week at Casa Rojas, and had an amazing time. The views, the snorkeling, the accommodations - all just wow!! The snorkeling off the back of the house was out of this world. No need to go anywhere else. Nice restaurants/bars just a 5-10 minute walk towards town. Carolina and Jorge are the best and very responsive to our questions and help with setting up transportation etc. We went on the private catamaran tour recommended by Carolina, and although we didn't have the best weather for it, the crew was amazing and very knowledgable and made sure we had the best time possible. The recommendation for Chili Charters for scuba diving was also spot on. Our only regret was hiring the private chef. The presentation of the meals was lovely, but the quality and taste was hit or miss for us. The fresh fruit at breakfast was a big hit though. Bottom line, we had a fantastic time here and were not ready to leave. Already looking forward to our next trip.
