Our family of 8 adults, 3 kids, and 1 baby had a fantastic time at Villa Grace! The photos on the Airbnb site are gorgeous and also very accurate! A lovely woman came to clean every day—including making every bed!—and Gerry the caretaker was out every morning, sweeping the pool deck and patios, watering, and even removing seaweed from the beach. Our family has been taking yearly warm-weather vacations for many years and everyone agreed this was the best place, hands down, we had ever stayed. We had fun trips to Punta Sur and Chankanaab and a couple of nice shopping trips in town - all very accessible. But mostly we looked forward to coming back to Villa Grace! The pool was a total hit, and everyone enjoyed the beautiful beach. The kayak and paddle-board were well used! Fulvio and Ariel were extremely helpful and responsive. The week could not have gone better!!

This house was absolutely gorgeous! We had such a fun time, had 7 people, 2 couples and rest had their own rooms and bathrooms so everyone slept comfortably. Never felt like we were on top of each other. If you stay in this house, can not recommend enough using Sandra’s kitchen services. The girls that came to the house and cooked were AWESOME!!!!! Thank you so much to Lucy, Julia & Maria. We had a blast with them and the food was better than we had at any restaurant during our trip. Only bummer about the house location was that the wind was so bad coming from the north, the water wasn’t clear the whole time we were there. The wind calmed down and it almost cleared up 100% but then it got windy again. Bummer, but that’s life: can’t control the weather. There’s also a TON of beach clubs a 20 min drive away you can go to that have crystal clear water & fun vibes. We personally liked Paradise Beach Club the most but Mr. Sancho’s was cool too! We had a great week at Villa Grace. The house and grounds were amazing and exactly as pictured. The staff on-site was nothing short of wonderful. The listing mentions daily housekeeping but it’s an understatement - Celya kept every inch on the villa spotless and could not have been nicer. Gerry kept the grounds, beach and pool pristine and was happy to help if we ran into any issues. We also used Sandra’s Kitchen for meals and pre-stocking. It was such a treat to not worry about shopping and cooking for a week. The villa is just a few miles from downtown. The villa recommended using a couple of taxi services - both were so accommodating and easy to work with. For our purposes, they were far more convenient (and affordable) than renting a van or SUV for the week. All in all, it was a great villa and trip.

Between the daily cleaning, inside and out along with the personal chef it felt like I was a kid on vacation again. I didn't have to cook or clean, just got to relax and have fun. House is amazing as is the location. We had two minor issues that were immediately resolved. Do note that there can be seaweed along the beach after storms roll in. Google sargassum, it's the type of seaweed that floats in from Brazil apparently. The first day the water was full of it, but by the 2nd day the water had cleared up and the on-site maintenance man and gardner were shoveling it away.

Villa Grace was everything and more! The house was amazing accommodating 8 women easily. The caretakers of the property were wonderful and so helpful! The house manager was responsive with all inquiries within 15 minutes. We loved our stay!
