I can’t say enough good things about our stay! The house was gorgeous, the staff made delicious home cooked meals every day, and continuously cleaned up after us! Patricia and Yessi checked in and made sure we were happy with our accommodations. This was such a special stay and experience and I would highly recommend it! Thank you Patricia for making the experience incredible!

Patricia’s place is even better than pictured and I honestly cannot say enough good things about our stay. She hosted my family of 16 effortlessly with kindness and grace and we have never stayed anywhere better. Not even a 5 star resort could compete. If you are going to Cozumel, do not miss this opportunity because everything else will pale in comparison to her place and service. The maids, the surroundings, the pool and hot tub, the rooms and decor, the chef, and the proximity to everything you want and need is incomparable. We had a group of 10 that stayed almost a full week at Patricia’s Airbnb. It was our second time in Cozumel and her wonderful home made our trip so memorable. Breakfast cooked every day by her amazing staff. The rooms were very comfortable and each had their own restrooms which is an added bonus. The pool area is such a wonderful space. We spent many hours relaxing there. Patricia also was very helpful with recommendations of things to see and do. One day she arranged in Island Tour by their friend Javier Zapata. Highly recommend his tour. Cozumel is such a wonderful place full of the kindest people. We will be back!

Staying here was magical. Ten of us came to celebrate a birthday, and we couldn't have asked for more. Patricia was super communicative leading up to our arrival and answered all of our annoying questions. The house is across the street from a grocery store and taxi stand, so everything was very convenient. The entire property is decorated so beautifully, and the space is absolutely immaculate. The pool is just as amazing in person as it looks in the photos - always clean and surrounded by beautiful plants. The amazing staff made everything so easy for us, which made the vacation that much more relaxing, so we were so appreciative. The chef Sandra made some of the best food we'd ever had (if she makes dinner, ask for the pozole!!!). Patricia's daughter Mariana was so kind and helpful - she gave us great recommendations and was so sweet. We truly had no complaints and hope to come back one day!!!
