Huge, beautiful modern house that can easily fit 3-4 couples. Everything was clean and ready early for us, which was nice. Neighborhood felt safe and was walking distance from main roads. Villa seems to be in middle of a remodel, but it was fun to explore all the spaces and levels. A few tips for future guests... • Place is a little tricky to find the first time. Looks for row of villas along dirt road, off main road. • It was hard to get a taxi to pick us up first time, so we had to get one off main road. After that we got that taxis phone number and would call direct. • As with many places in Mexico, no flushing toilet paper here. This can shock some. • Avoid overpriced cruise port area. Ask taxi drivers and other locals for their recommendations for much better food and prices. Few places take card, have cash for taxis and restaurants. Most take US cash for a fee. Just things we learned from our trip we wish we knew. Again, place was great. Highly recommend!
The place was beautiful, spacious and just as advertised. Everyone was delighted, amazed and thoroughly happy with everything. It wasn't a long walk to the downtown area and nearby beach. The communication was also great with a fast response. Next time we're in Cozumel, we'll definitely enjoy staying here again. Thank you for the great hospitality and use of your beautiful home!!

Very spacious house for our family of 11. Downstairs living room was perfect to entertain the kids and for us to play board games. Kitchen is big and fully equipped to cook which it was a plus for us as we normally cook breakfast. But we did needed more stools at the counter. The distance to the supermarket and to our aunt house was super close so that was a plus. When we got there we noticed a few issues that were address early the next day.
Muy amplia la casa y cómodo, lo único malo es que entre cuartos no había tanta privacidad porque en 2 se ellos se compartía baño y las puertas eran deslizables. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo perfecto
