We loved the house and setting for our family to attend a family wedding in Southern Shores! Perfect house for us.

No gas bbq grill. Charcoal grill is small for 13 guests, but okay for small group. Two trash cans inside the property were full and smelled too bad. Few deck furniture were broken. House was spacious and clean. Kitchen was adequately equipped. The deck, pool, and hottub were clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

The photos need to be updated to reflect the true property. Surprising that it did not come with a propane grill for this price. Proximity to the beach was very good though it entailed walking 100 yards along a busy road to get there

We had an awesome time at this beach house and was very accommodating to our big family (made up of smaller families). The house size allowed for noise level to be broken up which was nice. Disclaimer there are a LOT of stairs so make sure it is something you and your party can handle, but this does provide for a nice water view! The big deck and large living spaces were wonderful! There were some minor cosmetic things that needed work on like the outside swing area pictures in their photos (a large lure for having little kids) was broken and rusted. Only one swing was there and it was rusted and broken so I would not let my child swing on it. Also there was some broken furniture in the house and the cookware selection was subpar so you might want to bring your own pots and pans! But overall the stay at the house was nice and clean and we would definitely recommend it for a larger family! Also Seaside Vacations was very responsive and accommodating.

The house was exactly what we were looking for! It was a group of 10 girls and the amount of space was perfect. The location was also wonderful, super close to the beach, food, and a short Uber ride to night life. There was all amenities listed. Upon arrival, we couldn’t locate the trash cans. There was trash in the trash can inside. The recycling bin was over half full and the hose was still running in the pool. After a quick call to the office a handy man came out and resolved the issue. I then noticed there was no matters covers or pillow covers on several of the beds. There was a dead fly in the fridge and the dishwasher was full of dishes. There was food under some of the beds as well as old contact lenses. Not huge deals but we wouldn’t stay again because of the cost verses the cleanliness.
