This home was unbelievable! It made my first trip to Costa Rica a 5 - star experience. It is imperative that you have a 4WD vehicle with good tires as the home is located 15 minutes up the mountain up a steep incline which is an unpaved road. The house does not have AC expect for the bunk bed room, but this did not pose an issue for us as the pool kept us cooled off in the day and the house was cooler at night. Also plenty of ceiling fans kept the air circulating. The home is located in a gated community that is locked at night and requires gate code access. I felt very safe the entire stay. We would get groceries at BM supermarket and mostly dined closer to Uvita and Domenical about 40 minutes away. The property manager is 5 star and answered our phone calls and questions anytime we called. I highly recommend this home and would stay again in a heart beat!

This home was absolutely breath taking. Very beautiful , comfortable home with all the amenities you could ask for. The drive upto it is a bit challenging however once you get to your own private oasis it’s so worth it. Hope to return again someday .

We had a great stay at Anita’s place. The house is very nice inside, the photos are very accurate. Pool and patio were a highlight of the trip. The view was phenomenal. Lots of wildlife, parrots, toucans, geckos, dart frogs, snakes, and spotted a few monkeys on the road leading into the complex. The gated community was very nice, friendly neighbours. Very quiet, there are no direct neighbours to the property , and we did not hear the neighbours down the road. The drive up from the main road is an adventure. 7km, 15-20min drive up the steep gravel road. 4x4 definitely required. Property managers Alexia and Juan Carlos were friendly and helpful. Over the 10 days, we lost water once, hydro one night(making sleeping without fans very warm), and did loose internet for better part of 2 days. Overall we had a wonderful time, would definitely recommend staying here.

La maison est grande, confortable, offrant toutes les commodités et située dans un bel environnement avec une vue splendide ! La route d’accès nécessite un vrai 4x4, un simple SUV ne suffit pas, les premiers petits supermarchés sont à 20 mn en voiture, le plus grand est à 35 mn, à Uvita. Idem pour les restaurants. Quelques constructions sont en cours dans le quartier de la maison et nous avons eu les petits désagréments sonores des ouvriers qui commencent leurs journées à 6h30… Globalement néanmoins notre séjour a été très agréable.

Loved the luxury of Casa Estrellas! Our family of 4 stayed here for almost two weeks and the location and home was perfect for our Costa Rican getaway. The home was well stocked and beautifully furnished. We loved the outdoor kitchen area and spent many days enjoying the pool and views. Alexia was super helpful when we had questions. It was a bit of a drive to grocery stores and such, but it ese nice to go and visit the towns of Uvita snd Dominical. Highly recommend this home!
