Come stay with us and have your next adventure in Klamath Falls, Oregon! We would love to host you! *****Some quick things to Note: ***** Our prices are setup for one person occupancy as the majority of our guests are single occupants. On Nightly Stays ************** We charge $20-30 more per additional occupant to cover the additional cleaning, linens & towels plus the cost of breakfast (Waffles & Pancakes are in the freezer), Syrup, creamer, sugar, tea & coffee (both regular and decaf) PLUS the additional toiletries & supplies. Please be sure to book for the exact number of occupants that will be in the home. On Long Term Stays: ****************** We charge $10 more per additional occupant to cover the additional linens & towels. Breakfast is typically not provided but your first night of coffee is. Please understand that we are not a Hotel and do not have a horde of staff. I am the one that does all the hosting PLUS all the cleaning and prep work (on top of my day job) so in order to continue providing this service and accepting pets and one night stays - please, please, please book for the exact numbers of occupants. And Please keep pets off the furniture. I have blankets you can use to cover the couch just in case of Whoops Moments or for you to snuggle with. But it takes hours to clean a dog paw printed &/or pet hair covered couch. **PLEASE NOTE: For some reason - not all of our homes are showing up on a 29 day stay or longer unless you go to the individual home's page. My Father and I have several homes that we have fully furnished for travelers including traveling professionals and traveling nurses. I have poured my heart into making our places truly an enjoyable experience for you - whether you stay just one a night, a week, a month or even longer. Typically our homes are rented to traveling professionals on 3 month stays - so everything you need is in the home. We will consider shorter term and longer occupancies though. The rental rate decreases with the longer you stay. Stay over 32 nights for the best rates. Feel free to reach out to me if you need a longer stay than what is posted here on Airbnb. We can customize your stay to fit your exact requirements. And we offer upgrades - larger or more TVs, King or Queen beds, single beds & cribs + even maid service. Our goal is to make your stay perfect for you! All we ask is that you please leave the home as clean as you found it, pull the linens off when you leave and put the dishes in the dishwasher and start the cycle (most of our dishwashers are energy efficient ones that take 2+ hours to complete a cycle).
