other than the slight issues as a result of lock problems, the facility was very clean, conveniently updated for all the amenities, incredible view of the course, and located for highwY acces.

It was a very enjoyable stay. Randy was always responsive to take care of any questions. The negative ratings from me were more related to previous tenants and a not very thorough cleaning company. A peaceful, relaxing condo with a beautiful view

DO NOT STAY HERE! We are in the process of reporting this host and Airbnb support knows the situation. Randy will never get back to you if you have an emergency. The dryer broke and it took him 3 days to respond, we had to drag out 13 month old and all our laundry to a laundry mat for 2 days!!! He’s also breaking HOA rules, member rules of the club as well. OH I FORGOT TO ADD,HE WILL SWINDLE YOU FOR MORE MONEY AFTER YOUR STAY for a bigger cleaning fee. When I asked for the phone number of the manager of the company and the receipt from the cleaning company he would never send it just would say some smart comment back or harass my intelligence. And to top it off his neighbor attacked my fiancé for leaving lettuce in a trash bag in the dumpster! We had to get the cops involved. And he hasn’t been to the property since 2016 too! What a greet host right! We made friends with the neighbors (one is now our new baby sitter lol) and they have lived there 4-5 years and have never met him or seen Randy once! He has better things to do apparently than take care of his business. We paid alittle over 2k for a month and I wish I paid more for a different place. I won’t trust Airbnb EVER AGAIN! They all scamming

Randy's unit is a gorgeous property in a great community. The unit is bright and spacious, modern and clean. The community has tons of amenities and is very safe. I highly recommend staying here.
