Had a brilliant 3 night stay at Byron Cottage . The place was very clean with spectacular views and Leonard the host was much helpful. It was exactly the type of trip myself and my partner needed. Thank you again for a wonderful stay! We will be back :)

Set in a picturesque location, this charming cottage offers the perfect getaway. We were captivated by the breathtaking views surrounding the property from the moment we arrived. The cottage itself is everything you could wish for in a getaway: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The weather was favourable, further enhancing our experience. We took advantage of the numerous walking trails from the front door, exploring the stunning landscapes at our leisure. One of the highlights was the absolute silence that envelops the area—it's overwhelmingly peaceful, allowing us to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of daily life and truly relax. Nearby Cormonachan Woodlands is ideal for nature walks, and the Inveraray Castle, just 40 minutes away, is worth a visit. Driving through to reach these destinations is a treat in itself—it is an endless beauty. I wish we could have stayed longer to soak in this beautiful little spot.

We had an amazing time staying at Byron Cottage. Absolutely excellent location right on the Loch. Extremely comfortable and peaceful. We went on 3 of the walks recommended by Leonard and they were all excellent. Really can’t say enough good things about our stay and we’ll definitely visit again.

Beautiful little spot, would definitely come back. Absolutely loved our weekend away, cottage is everything you need, garden is fabulous for the dogs, owners were lovely and stocked all the little things that you need and may forget such as salt and pepper, tin foil etc, definitely makes the trip more enjoyable. Plenty of great walks straight from the front door. Can’t fault any part of it, only that we live so far away! Thank you so much for a lovely weekend away!
