Beautiful place! Amazing in every way. Spotlessly clean, big kitchen, amazingly responsive, helpful and accommodating host, gorgeous view of the ocean, fabulous pool. Uvita is close to a lot of great things to do, but not super touristy, which we really liked. Monkeys occasionally came to visit us. Great outside space.

The house offers the most beautiful oceanfront view and perfect sunset view. Each room having its own bathroom was perfect for us and the easy walk to the beach was a great addition to our vacation. Marta was always available to help with restaurant reservations and tour recommendations which was very helpful to us.

This was a beautifully unique and charming property. We thoroughly enjoyed hanging out in the wonderful outdoor living space (pool and hammocks). The bedrooms are spacious and each one has its own en-suite. The location is private yet close to town. Also the wildlife around the property is fun to watch (monkeys, iguanas and a variety of birds and butterflies). You can literally see and hear the waves lapping at the nearby shoreline.

We had a great time at Buena Vista Villa! The house was clean, bed was comfortable, the pool was great and the views were amazing. This house sits on top of the National Park, so you'll have lots of flora & fauna all around. You'll spot monkeys, birds and iguanas all from the balcony. I highly recommend this house. One thing to note is that the house is not all connected. All bedrooms have seperate entrances and the kitchen is also separated. This wasn't a big deal, but we def made sure we had water in the room overnight so we didn't have to walk outside and downstairs in the middle of the night to access the kitchen. The host Laura was very kind and helpful. I had a wonderful birthday at Buena Vista. Thank you Marta & Laura!

The location is incredible. View of the ocean, sunset, whale tail beach, jungle wildlife, amazing. Some incredible sunsets. No less that 50 animals and insects identified just sitting on the deck. Monkeys, birds, iguanas, geckos, frogs! The house is clean, detailed, beautiful, well appointed and the pool was a luxury to have. Easy to find, secure and we felt safe and it is so close to Uvita restaurants shopping and beaches. Great location to explore from for the waterfalls, parks, beaches, towns etc. Laura and Pablo were exceptional hosts. Our first time in CR and we had so many needs and questions and they were answered quickly and with kindness. Laura also was indispensable for giving us recommendations and suggestions. Chef Juan Pablo who we connected with through Laura was awesome. He is a gem and he made us inspired dishes during our stay. So much more I can say but. Or enough room here. Bottom line, this place is magical and I would only stay here if I ever stay in Uvita again.
