This newly built house and location are a rare find!! Indoor/Outdoor living at its finest! On the ocean side of the highway brings you closer to the sounds of the waves. The house sits at the highest point of the property and slopes down towards the ocean. The views are surprisingly panoramic when you see the quick proximity to town and all the services, activities, and social possibilities that Uvita and Costa Ballena offers. This is the place to be!!! If you like surf, sand, restaurants, culture, peace and tranquility look no further than Casa Bella Mia, a few minutes outside of Uvita! Casa Bella Mia sits atop a beautiful hillside giving it almost 180 degrees of ocean view. You can see Ballena (Whale) Rock from the amazing deck as well as hear all the sounds of nature coming from the trees. The house is equipped with everything you would need to stay for as long as you’d like. It’s brand new with state of the art kitchen, beautiful and spacious rooms, a wonderful and cozy sunken living room, and outdoor space you can only dream of! It has a very private feel although you’re super close to town.

Great place
The place is amazing. It’s spacious beautiful views a lots of privacy. The master bedroom has a very big bathroom with a walk-in closet. You could park multiple cars in the front yard. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook. Definitely would book again for my family vacation

We had a truly lovely stay in an awesome house! Uvita lacked something but it was very convenient for heading south even as far as Golfito and to the towns North. Went to Dominical (good Delies and restaurants) and the surfing in the town before Playa Dominicalito. Waterfalls 10 mins away were lovely and snorkelling off Cano Island from Sierpe - perfect. No hesitation in recommending a stay at this place.

Uvita is lovely backpack-ish town on the South Pacific of Costa Rica where there are fewer crowds and greener landscapes. It has become a traveler’s favorite for its whale watching, stunning beaches with full sunsets, and close location to Corcovado National Park. The village itself is a mix of unpaved and paved roads with trees leaning over, a lot of wildlife, and little cafes and eye-catching restaurants tucked away in between.
Uvita de Osa is a small town in southern Costa Rica, on a section of coastline known as the Bahía Ballena. A tiny village with two miles of beautiful beaches and fabulous conditions for swimming, Uvita might become your favorite place in Costa Rica. It's part of the Marino Ballena National Park (Whale Marine Park), named for humpback whales who meet and mate here every winter and spring.
The home is very private but you are in a quiet neighborhood with just a few homes. We love and respect our neighbors and ask that you please do the same :)
It is recommended that you rent a car when in Costa Rica. Although you may not need a 4x4 vehicle to access our property, you may want one for the other things Costa Rica has to offer. You can access the property from the main highway and you have a very short drive on a paved road until you reach the gated driveway with a carport and plenty of parking.
