We just had a couple of issues but overall I would highly recommend this place and would stay again. We never received the lockbox code in our email as promised at check in. Then our key broke in half in the lock. The backup lock box didn’t have anything in it once we were able to get it open. It was late at night and we didn’t get an answer from Vacasa. We were locked out so my son had to Spider-Man like climb up the back of the building to the second story balcony and thankfully we had accidentally left the sliding door unlocked or else we would have been homeless for the night. Otherwise great location. More room than I expected. It was good overall

The Stay at Condo Del Sol, through Vacasa, was awesome overall! The actual unit we were in was dated, but for the price, I didn’t care what color the paint was or how new appliances were. The mattresses were very comfortable, it was clean, instructions were clear, there was parking directly in front of the unit, and it was a great location overall. I do wish there had been a vacuum and/or a decent broom so that I could have tidied better since we stayed for a week with 3 small children. Additionally, the patio had a ton of cobwebs and tiny spiders that could have been fixed with a broom or a pressure washer. All in all, those things weren’t necessarily a problem, but I’m adding it so it could maybe be even better for someone else! The patio had 10 or so hooks to allow towels or swimsuits to dry. I would definitely stay here again as it was perfect for myself, my husband, and our 3 small kids!

House is upstairs and next to train tracks in a spot where they blow horn at every crossing. There is now view nor can beach be accessed as the property is on lake, but has mud for frontage. No trash facility on site, so taking to dump is difficult. Outdated house with stains on carpet and chairs and odors of sewer. Vacasa charged significant fees and cleaning fees when I extended stay. They were supposed to extend, but did their own thing instead and started new stay charging resort fees several times Nd cleaning fees several times when we stayed 1 continuous stay. When i confronted them on extra fees they wont review them nor reimburse. Heaters wont turn off in bathroom.

It had everything that we needed and was a nice place to stay. It met our needs and then some.
