My family and I enjoyed our stay at Maria's home. It was easy to find and the host Maria was very accommodating and responsive. The home was clean and spacious. The community was well-kept, secure and quiet we also had access to the private beach which was a short walk from the property. It offers a great view where you can sit and relax all day should you wish and if you like snorkelling, there is a great area next to the pier especially, if you have children. You also have the choice of hanging out at the pool. I would recommend Maria's home and look forward to staying at this property again.

Absolutely loved staying at this clean and modern home! Steps from the pool, beach and Bettino’s restaurant, this beautiful property was a highlight of our stay in Jamaica. It was about a 5 minute drive from a plaza with a Starbucks and more. Maria was very attentive to our needs and went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable. A previous guest had broken the washing machine, and Maria made sure to inform us of this prior to our vacation, even making arrangements for us to receive laundry service during our stay. Ryan was great and always available by phone with anything we needed, such as extra towels and toiletries. I am not ashamed to admit that I dislike bugs and although I was on an island, I did not see any during my entire stay! I would absolutely stay here again, and maybe even take Ryan up on his offer to pick us up at the airport. When it comes to hosting, Maria has definitely raised the bar. We can’t thank her enough for making our vacation so enjoyable.

It is the fourth time that I have stayed at one of the homes in Marina Villas. This is a secure complex with its own private beach in close proximity to Ocho Rios. There is a new restaurant right next door which is a plus. Highly recommend.

Felt very safe staying in an AirBNB out of the country. Two security checkpoints to get to the house. Very quiet neighborhood and peaceful beach. House was very convenient when visiting “Ochi” as the locals say. Minutes from Mystic Mountain. Driver or rental car needed. Thanks Maria.
