The place looks way better in pictures it has lots of roaches and the bathrooms are very rusted plus they have other charge fees and the towels where burnt and had holes would not be renting again

I highly recommend this accommodation for its ideal location, impeccable cleanliness, spacious layout, and especially for the kindness and efficiency of the owners. During our stay, we encountered some issues with locals, and the owners were extremely helpful in resolving the situation. Their intervention went well beyond our expectations, and we are immensely grateful to them for that.
In over 10 years with Airbnb, this is my first negative review, prompted by a recent stay where expectations were not met. Upon arrival, the property differed significantly from its description, lacking promised amenities and presenting issues with cleanliness and maintenance, such as non-functional hot water. Despite these challenges, the location offered proximity to quality restaurants, although it was somewhat removed from the ocean. Airbnb’s response to our complaints was commendable, showcasing their commitment to customer satisfaction through partial refunds and support. However, the host's retaliatory accusations post-refund request highlighted a concerning approach to guest feedback. This experience serves as a reminder of the importance of accurate listings and respectful host-guest interactions. I hope future guests find this review helpful, and that the host sees it as an opportunity for improvement, ensuring a better experience for all.
