This is a cool new apartment, beds and linens are comfortable. The apartment is new and feels cozy. Kitchen and accessories are complete! All the bathrooms are new and perfect. Jacuzzi was not ready upon arrival and no heater . There was an incident where the lounge at pool area the roof tumbled down making a very loud and scary noise. Upon our arrival there was a power outage 2hrs long no generator no alternative source of power. The A/C power breakers were down and we had to look for them during the 1st night. And for some reason we found the AC “on” the whole day the second day. Now we know why the breakers were down! In order to avoid this. Well after all they charge the electricity bill separately imagine after having the AC on the whole day with out us knowing since we were out practically the whole day. The TV cable is terrible... forget about watching tv at night. IP smart Tv is terrible! Average weekend Not as expected! We were there to see the PGA tour at Punta Cana. Thanks

Place was incredible. Great location, just steps away from the beach. Service was excellent everyone was very friendly and eager to help. Location was very safe. I will definitely be back. Thank you for everything.
