位置非常便利，步行至星光大道和TCL中国剧院3分钟，驾车到环球影城和格里菲斯天文台约3，4公里。旁边有很多餐厅，有家中餐馆味道不错。 Nicole回复很及时，她的staff也能尽快的帮忙解决问题，房间很干净。 需要提醒的是客厅楼板薄、会晃动，走路需小心轻声，否则影响楼下。热水器的水龙头开关很紧，需用力拔出。其他一切都很满意

The place was clean, Walking distance to Hollywood Blvd. Safe building, every one was so friendly. PLEASE be sure to visit the unit before heading off to the store, check for coffee pots &coffee cups, paper towels, wash clothes! Our unit had very limited amenities, our check in was a mess we were put in a bigger unit to our surprise thought we had an upgrade! at 8:30PM we had to pack up and leave the unit to go just a few doors down to the smaller unit, after that we never herd from host again, even after sending a text asking for a item we left behind as we had to move quickly. But all in all the place was as its described, not much furniture, didn't bother us as we stayed out exploring the city.

The apartment is beautiful, clean and in the heart of everything you need when your in Hollywood. However, I had a bad experience staying here. The neighbors below thumped on the floors 3 out 3 nights I stayed at this apartment and it was scary. At first I thought maybe it was my fault and I was loud but because of the nature of my personality I decided to carry out an experiment (I was aware of our movements inside). They thump on my flooring again for my son walking to use the washroom and another night because I walked to get my phone 5 footsteps away. These thumping was loud and I woke my family from sleep, so yes it’s frightening. The incident was reported but nothing changed and it forced my family and I to seek a hotel for the last night of our stay. I wish Nicole could have this rectified because her place is otherwise just about perfect.

Nicole is a lovely host. She made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. There were two small issues in the beginning, but she responded very quickly and sent somebody to fix them. Her space is in the middle of Hollywood- extremely good location. Overall clean space and would definitely recommend.
