We stayed at Ken’s place for one week. When we arrived Ken was at the cottage and was very welcoming. The cottage is very spacious and had everything we needed. The location is private and peaceful with lovely sea breezes and bunnies hopping around the lawn. Cabot Park is a short drive and has a wonderful sandy beach with warm water. Our baby granddaughter loved playing and splashing in the water! We did some excursions around the Island but it was always nice to come back to the cottage and relax. I have no hesitation recommending Ken’s place.

Ken was a great host, with lots of recommendations for things to do in the area and also proactive in sending all the details at the time of booking. Especially helpful were the instructions on how to find the place. Also appreciative the home and location, great area/location for families!

Ken was the perfect host. He was at the cottage when we arrived due to an issue with the well. He took care of that, was most apologetic (even thought it was not his fault) for the inconvenience. We had a couple of minor fixes to appliances and he was right on top of things. Beautiful, clean place. The area was peaceful and beautiful. Highly recommend this to anyone.

My family loved our stay at Ken’s cottage at 161 Osprey Lane. It was impeccably clean, fresh, and bright. The house and kitchen has absolutely everything you need. The property is quiet and private and there are so many great beaches in the area. Ken was a flexible and accommodating host and was responsive and welcoming. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this cottage to family and friends. It is clean, fully equipped, and perfectly situated and Ken is a great host. Perfect set-up for a peaceful vacation. My kids are already asking when we will return….and I am looking forward to returning myself! Thanks Ken!

The cottage was excellent. Very bright and spacious. It was fully equipped as advertised. Only thing we needed were groceries. The location is very peaceful with a nice ocean breeze. Cabot beach (very nice) is about 5 minutes away. Thunder cove beach (where tea cup rock is) was about 15 minutes away and also beautiful. Anything we needed was within a 30 minute drive (nearest grocery store was about 15 minutes away) so the location is ideal. Ken was very considerate and even provided access to preferred television apps for our 8 year old daughter. We highly recommend staying at Ken's cottage and we would definitely enjoy staying there again. Thanks a lot Ken!!!
