location was great, away from the busy west end and touristy west bay but close enough to a main road to catch a collective taxi and go to either. being able to snorkel out to the reef everyday was an amazing. We did our diving certification with blue island divers who were amazing and only a few minute walk down the beach. For the house, it’s nicely surrounded in lush vegetation with well maintained grounds by the staff with a lovely view of the ocean. The screened in porch made the home as it provided beautiful space to play cards and lounge in without the bugs. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious. It was really nice having the two bathrooms and having a washer and dryer on site was excellent. There is air conditioning in both main bedrooms were nice but we barely used them as so many windows opened allowing a breeze in. The pool on site needs updated seating and more of it. The dock was a great place for morning coffee or sunset views.

The location was perfect. Short walk to the very quiet beach which has a long dock and platforms for swimming, jumping and hanging out. We swam out to the reef and snorkeled which was very fun. At the cottage there is a hammock we put up on hooks under the covered platform. The cottage was large and had plenty of space for our family of four. The beds were comfortable and there were ample towels. The kitchen was well stocked with anything we could have needed to cook meals. The screened porch is great and we spent a great deal of time there. The TV has cable and worked well. The washer and dryer didn’t work and neither did the Wi-Fi. There is AC in one bedroom and ceiling fans in every room. The bathrooms were clean despite some hard water stains on the fixtures. The grounds crew kept the beach and gardens in pristine condition. Communication with both Dee and property manager, Lou-Anne was excellent! I would definitely recommend Dee’s cabana.

This home truly was the perfect relaxing retreat for my family. The location is fantastic and you can easily get a cab anywhere. The dock facilities were great and the pool was quiet whole we were there. Delores is quick to respond and LuLu the property manager was very helpful and have us a lot of great advice.
