We had a fantastic 4 night stay in a perfect, warm, comfortable and fantastically equipped lodge. We made great use of the hot tub, despite the rain! Our hosts were amazing - welcoming, friendly and helpful. The location is great - just a 3-4 minute walk to the restaurants (recommend Hangin’ Pizza). We also took the bus from the station to Pen Y Pas which is just a 25 minute ride (and £5 return) which is perfect for climbing Snowdon without the hassle of car parking. The park is quiet and relaxing while the beds are very comfortable and the showers nice and powerful. All-in-all a fab short break.

An absolutely perfect property in a stunning location. Immaculately clean and cared for, with extremely comfortable beds and living space. We had a warm welcome and some very helpful tips for local walks, that took us away from the crowds to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We couldn’t have asked for anything more from our break.

Utterly brilliant jumping off point for exploring Snowdonia. My and my friends had the best stay. The location is second to none, walking distance to the pubs, restaurants and shops. Hot tub is excellent. We feel lucky to have found this place. Thanks

A word of warning for any groups who would like to stay here, we would suggest messaging the owners in advance so your holiday does not start off how ours did. On arrival we were unfortunately greeted with unfair and judgmental comments. The owners told us that their policy does not allow same sex parties and suggested that we needed to leave. We had given them our names weeks in advance of our stay, so they should have known at this point that we were 6 females. They were also discriminating when they talked about where we were from (Liverpool). The comments were extremely patronising and left some members of the group upset and anxious. Luckily, we managed to persuade the owners that we are respectful adults who were there for a relaxing holiday. In the end we enjoyed our stay and had an amazing time. The lodge is in a brilliant location and well furnished.
