Hello my name is Raul, married and with a beautiful family. Our passion is to travel and we always do it by renting apartments. I love my city and that's why I enjoy sharing it with you. The Penthouse has a garage and is located in the heart of Seville a few meters from the points of greatest interest. It has privileged views from the privative solarium to the Church of El Salvador and Catedral de Seville. It has a swimming pool for private use and another for community use as well as all kinds of amenities, with a careful decoration and equipment to the last detail. With Southwest orientation to enjoy the warm Sun until the last hours of the day the winter months and the pool during the hot months. Seville is beautiful and you have to live it. Its monuments such as Plaza de España, Los Reales Alcázares, neighborhoods such as Triana and Santa Cruz, parties such as Holy Week and the Feria de Abril and the sunsets from the Guadalquivir River ... without forgetting the hospitality of the city make Seville a city that you will carry in your heart. I hope you like our penthouse and enjoy those wonderful views from your solarium, you refresh in the private pool and spend an unforgettable vacation. Nuestra pasión es viajar y siempre solemos hacerlo alquilando apartamentos. Me encanta mi ciudad y por eso disfruto compartiéndola con vosotros. El Ático cuenta con plaza de garaje y esta situado en pleno corazón de Sevilla a escasos metros de los puntos de mayor interés. Tiene unas vistas privilegiadas desde el solárium privativo a la Iglesia del Salvador y Catedral de Sevilla. Dispone de una piscina de uso privativo y otra de uso comunitario así como de todo tipo de comodidades, con una cuidada decoración y un equipamiento hasta el último detalle. Con orientación Suroeste para disfrutar del cálido sol hasta las últimas horas del día los meses de invierno y de la piscina los meses de calor. Sevilla es preciosa y hay que vivirla, monumentos como La Plaza de España y Los Reales Alcázares, barrios como el de Triana y Santa Cruz, fiestas como la Semana Santa y la Feria de Abril y atardeceres desde el Río Guadalquivir…sin olvidar la hospitalidad de la ciudad hacen de Sevilla una ciudad que llevaréis en el corazón. Espero que os guste nuestro ático y disfrutéis de esas maravillosas vistas desde vuestro solárium, os refresquéis en la piscina privativa y paséis una vacaciones inolvidables.
