June was a gracious host, easily accessible but giving us plenty of privacy. The house is exactly as pictured. We chose it for the porch, the bathtub and proximity to hikes and it was exactly what we’d hope for. The kitchen was the best stocked we’ve ever seen in an AirBnB. A few notes for future guests, the house is quite remote and secluded (a perk!), the driveway would’ve been a challenge in a sedan, definitely easier for city folk to navigate in an SUV and I would recommend arriving before dark on your first night. Also, the counters are high, meaning if you’re under about 5’6” the kitchen and bathroom may prove awkward. The internet was fine for streaming TV, but wasn’t fast enough to consider this home for a working vacation. Finally, while it *can* sleep 4, the master being a loft and the open floor plan means very little privacy. This was the perfect haven for us as a couple!
We had a wonderful time at June’s place- we spent to much time on the deck looking over the lake and on the lake itself with the kayaks and docked patio boat. The house was welcoming and clean and had everything you could need for a perfect stay.
What a beautiful house and location. June was prompt with her communications, and check-in and check-out were clear and easy. The kitchen is huge and has every appliance you could imagine. We spent a great deal of time on the back porch, which was built for hosting friends and enjoying a lake view. The pontoon provided an ideal swimming and lounging deck, and the lake was peaceful and refreshing. We will definitely look to stay there again.
Our stay was enjoyable. June was very sweet and responsive. The interior of her home is beautiful and well maintained. We were under the impression that the boat was operable but it serves as a dock instead. There are some gorgeous wineries in the area as well! Overall, a nice stay.
Very comfortable place to stay. The host “June” is very nice and quick to respond to questions. My family and I felt right at home.

I'm retired. My practice, psychologist PhD was in Palm Beach Broward and Dade counties. I was a motivational and educational speaker focused on self-actualization. My passion was to help others master the multi faceted dynamic of ourselves, physical mental and spiritual. I was born and raised and began my education on Long Island, New York. I finished my PhD at Barry University in Florida and retired to Dahlonega Georgia.
